Our Approach to Development
Our training delivery is inspiring, engaging, informative and fun but more than that it offers some unique elements that help beat the forgetting curve.
- meet the managers this is a bespoke event event for line managers of participants. It explores their critical role in the process
and covers the training material.
- meet the Participants prior to any programme commencing, we meet with participants to introduce our selves, the programme and
setup the processes for success.
- learn Apply Review all programmes are spaced over a number of months, with each module delivered monthly. Therefore, learning is applied live as the programme rolls out. Participants are expected to discuss their application at the start of the next session.
- monthly line manager reviews a meeting between participant and line manager to explore learning and application. This provides line managers with knowledge of development of their people.
- business innovation projects all participants are tasked with a project at the conclusion of the programme. This is aimed at improving a process, saving, time, energy, cost or increasing effectiveness and demonstrating a bottom line impact. We have seen projects that have evidenced £343K from a single programme, another individual project has delivered in excess of £500k of additional revenue and climbing.
- Graduation Day a specific event where projects, growth, learning and evidence of application is formally presented to the senior team.
This is the culmination of any programme.
